Professional Supervision

A space to reflect, explore, and grow in your practice

About me

Kia ora, I’m Brad Wood. I have five years’ experience supervising youth workers, I’m a member of the CAIRA professional supervision body, and I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Professional Supervision. My supervision practice is focused on helping you reflect well, hold good boundaries, and stay grounded so you can keep showing up with clarity, courage, and care.

Who is supervision for?

For youth workers, leaders, ministers, and people in the helping professions who want a steady, confidential space to reflect on their mahi, boundaries, and wellbeing.

What is it?

Professional supervision is a regular, structured kōrero that helps you make sense of what’s happening in your work, strengthen your practice, and choose positive next steps.

Why is supervision important?

Supervision keeps you safe and sustainable. It helps you identify blind spots early, process emotional load, and stay aligned with your values so you can serve with clarity and integrity.
